We are offering COVID testing. If you wish to be tested, We ask that you please park your car at the clinic, pickup your paperwork from the front door and fill out your information inside your car, once completed bring us your filled out form, your ID, and insurance card up to our table. Once we have you in our system, we will call you from the number you provided on the forms and ask you to then please pull underneath the awning for your swabbing and telemed visit.

Please note high volumes take place in the mid morning and afternoon; therefore, wait times are typically longer during this time frame. COVID testing on average takes close to an hour, during the holidays we expect the wait times to be longer. We thank you for your patience during this time.

If you have already been tested for COVID because of the high volumes we are experiencing, we are asking that you allow us 48 hours to contact you with results. Patients that test positive are first priority, therefore they will be contacted first by phone call. Negative results will most likely come in email format stating "clear."

If you need a hard copy of your results, please return to the clinic after receiving the results of negative or positive.

If you wish to fill out the patient form for COVID testing before coming to our locations, please fill out and PRINT your forms to bring in to us. Make sure to have your ID and insurance card with you as well. With the high volumes we are experiencing testing can, and will most of the time take over an hour, regardless if your test is RAPID or PCR. Because of limited supply, RAPID tests are not guaranteed. They are specifically for those with advanced COVID-19 symptoms. We thank you for your patience during this hard time.
